Gift Shop Rules & FAQ

Detailed information about sending gifts, bonus rules, Jeton balances, and system terms.

The Gift Shop allows users to send virtual animated and static gifts to other members using Jeton (JTN) currency. Each gift item has a specific category price, and sending a gift delivers both the item and an instant notification directly to the recipient’s profile and messenger.

When you send a gift, a percentage of the gift value (set at 10% by default) is automatically credited as a bonus directly to the receiver’s Jeton balance, rewarding both parties and boosting platform engagement.

To protect platform stability, a rate limit of maximum 5 gift transmissions per 60 seconds is enforced. You can send up to 10 identical items in a single transaction. Custom gift notes can contain up to 200 characters and are automatically sanitized against malicious inputs.

If your Jeton balance is lower than the price of the selected gift, the item card will display a locked status. The purchase button in the confirmation modal will be disabled, and a direct link to top up your balance will appear.

No. All gift transactions processed through the system are final. Once a gift is sent and Jeton amounts are deducted from your balance, transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.
